Building-wide DHCR Order issued 04/09/2026 terminating the decreased-services proceeding filed 10/27/2025 by tenants Remigiusz Chlapek (2D), Shiras Patterson Beckwith (2E), Judy Sabin (3C), Thomas Dukleth (3D), and Zachary Hall (4D). Relief denied: the DHCR found that, although work permits were issued addressing violations on the 3rd and 4th floor communal kitchens, bathing facilities, and toilets, the DHCR inspector's prior findings (Docket MX 410058 B, 09/12/2025) showed no evidence those communal services had been provided or removed. DHCR Order issued 09/12/2025 denying the decreased-services complaint filed 12/20/2024 by Shiras Patterson Beckwith (Unit 2E). Following a physical inspection of the premises on 06/27/2025, the DHCR found the 2nd-floor communal toilet maintained and found no evidence that a 3rd-floor communal toilet, kitchen, or shower had ever been provided or removed — therefore those claims were dismissed.
