109E9 LLC (Michael Geylik) purchased this building on June 28, 2021. Within 45 days, the new owner closed 38 HPD violations — all on a single date, August 12, 2021. These violations had been issued between 1991 and 2008, left open for up to 30 years by the prior owner. They included Class C (immediately hazardous) conditions: a leaking roof, no electrical supply in a unit, no hot water, and illegal door locks.
