The OATH administrative tribunal case (Index No. 25-1984) has concluded. After a six-day trial (May–September 2025), ALJ Christine Stecura issued her Report & Recommendation on February 20, 2026. On March 9, 2026, Asst. Commissioner Martha Ann Weithman adopted the recommendation, rescinding the CONH and imposing a 3-year bar on new applications through March 2029. Article 78 appeal status is unknown.
